Terms of Service

Wornlist is a platform where people publish photos of outfits with tagged, shoppable product links. When someone clicks a product link, we may redirect through an affiliate link and earn a commission, part of which may be shared with the publisher of the outfit.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Wornlist.

You keep ownership of everything you publish. By publishing, you grant Wornlist a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content on and in connection with the service (including link previews and social sharing).

Because publishers can earn money from tagged outfits, the photos you publish are used commercially. That means the bar is strict. You may only upload photos that:

• you took yourself, or have explicit written permission from the photographer to use commercially; and
• show you, or a person who has given you explicit consent to appear in commercially used content.

You may not upload photos of other people without their consent. This includes celebrities, athletes, influencers, and private individuals. Using someone else's image or likeness to earn commissions may violate their right of publicity, personality rights, and the photographer's copyright — and can expose you to legal claims. You are solely responsible and liable for the content you publish.

AI-generated outfit images are not allowed. Wornlist exists to show clothes on real people — how a piece actually fits and drapes on a real body — so shoppers can decide whether to buy it. Images that are AI-generated, or otherwise digitally fabricated to depict clothing that was never physically worn, are prohibited.

AI-generated or faked content will be removed and may lead to account termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

• No links to counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe products.
• No misleading titles, prices, or links (a tagged link must lead to the shown product).
• No nudity, hateful content, or harassment.
• No spam, engagement manipulation, or artificial click generation on product links.

Commission arrangements, payout thresholds, and schedules may change and will be communicated in the app. We may withhold or reverse earnings generated by content that violates these terms or by fraudulent activity (including self-clicking and automated traffic).

Anyone can report content using the report button on an outfit page or by emailing support@wornlist.com. If you believe content on Wornlist infringes your copyright or uses your likeness without consent, include the content URL and a description of your claim. We remove infringing content and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

If a third party brings a claim against Wornlist because of content you published — for example, a copyright or right-of-publicity claim over a photo you did not have rights to — you agree to indemnify Wornlist for the resulting damages and reasonable costs.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 3, 6, 8, and 10 survive termination.

Wornlist is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of prices or product availability — retailers control their own listings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wornlist's liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Wornlist after a change means you accept it.
